This paper concluded 5 factors influencing cooperation in Temporary Multi-Organization of construction industry based on literature research. The factors include Organization Integration, Goal Alignment, Institution Perfection, Participants Capacity and Culture Atmosphere. The relationship of each factor towards cooperation was qualitatively analyzed. Then we carried out a questionnaire survey by 139 members in TMOs from various areas of China. SPSS 16.0 was used to analyze the collected data including reliability & validity test, correlation analysis, frequency analysis, and descriptive statistical analysis. The 5 influencing factors and 30 sub-items we extracted have been tested satisfied, and the relationship between respondents/project nature and each influencing factor of cooperation has also been analyzed. Finally, we outlined theoretical and practical implications of our research.
